Submissions
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS FOR THE 2006 HGLFF IS JUNE 15, 2006.
Submissions not post marked by 6/15/06 will be refused at the post office. Do NOT mail submissions via Registered mail, or other ways that require signatures at the post office. No submission will be signed for & the USPS will return it to you as un-delivered. Include an email contact address with your submission. Acceptance & denial notifications will be via email only. Filmmakers wishing to submit work should print out & complete the submission form below and mail it and a DVD(preferred) or VHS copy of your film to:

Include a SASE if you want your disk or tape returned.
There is no charge for submitting work to the HGLFF. The HGLFF does not pay emerging filmmakers for programming their films. However, there may be an audience award that you could be eligible for. Terms of audience awards TBA.
The HGLFF prefers to screen the following formats: 35 mm & DVD.
